Whatever you or I may face, something we share is our desire for validation. Especially at times when we worry about what to do next. As a family life coach and a Mom/Step-mom of 6, I have observed that before we make a decision we all want to know if it is the right one.
Sometimes this stops us from make the changes that we want to.It blocks our progression, stopping us from getting to where we want to be. As your coach I can validate your choices as we talk through the options and make plans together, I will be there to remind you of your motivation to take this step and when our coaching relationship is over, you will be ready to self-validate, as you move into the next phase of coaching, using the tools for yourself.
Think of coaching as a learning programme, You will get to know you better, and the tools we will go over will help you as you graduate from this coaching relationship and go on to achieve all the goals you set yourself.
Take 5 minutes every morning and use some self-affirmations. That is my prescription, try it, make it a habit and see where it takes you.
